Mr. Pizarro is highly profficient in government procurement and matters concerning contracting with government authorities and other public entities. His experience includes positions as:

Legal Counsel of the Costarican Congress   (1997-1999)

Legal Counsel of ARESEP (Public Services Regulation Authority)  (1999-2003)

Corporate legal counsel for Central America and the Caribbean, Ericsson  Telecommunications Co.   (2007-2010)

Mr. Pizarro’s qualifications are further enhanced by a solid knowledge in all matters concerning telecommunications, energy, public transportation and airport service.
