Mr. Durán is head of PACHECO COTO’s coastal branch office located in Liberia, Guanacaste. He is proficient in commercial and civil law, having counseled important transnational corporations in those areas of practice, and is accomplished in the area of real estate and hospitality law, as well as litigation.

He is an expert in notarial matters and has vast knowledge of the Costa Rican Public Registry system. This qualification is an added value, especially as concerns the registration of real estate transactions.
