Mr. Duran is head of PACHECO COTO´s coastal Branch Office located in Tamarindo, Guanacaste. He has vast experience in commercial and civil matters having counseled important transnational corporations, as well as Real Estate transactions and litigation. He is an expert in notarial matters and has vast knowledge of the Costa Rican public registry system.
