Mrs. Knorr  joined PACHECO COTO in 2007, after concluding her LLM in Media, Communications and Information Technology Law. She has experience in Intellectual Property Rights, Privacy, Online Investing and other IT Law issues, acquired at the Cyberspace Law and Policy Centre in Sydney, Australia. Her book “Electronic Commerce and Consumer Protection””, published in 2000, established her as a pioneer in the IT law field. 

Mrs. Knorr also holds a Masters Degree in Tax Law and has worked in the public sector --dealing with matters concerning tax, administrative, procurement and municipal law.  Collaborating with the experts of PACHECO COTO's Tax and Estate Planning Division has further  enhanced her practice in  international tax matters.
