Ms. Knorr  holds a Master's degree n Media, Communications and Information Technology Law. She has experience in Intellectual Property Rights, Privacy, Online Investing and other IT Law issues, acquired at the Cyberspace Law and Policy Centre in Sydney, Australia. Her book “Electronic Commerce and Consumer Protection”, published in 2000, established her as a pioneer in the IT law field in Costa Rica. 

Mrs. Knorr also holds a Master's Degree in Tax Law and has worked in the public sector - handling matters pertinent to tax, administrative, procurement and municipal law.  Her collaboration with the experts of PACHECO COTO's International Asset Planning division has further  enhanced her practice in  international tax matters.
