Mr. Monge is proficient in the area of hotel and restaurant franchises, corporate development and serves as legal representative and board member of several prestigious corporations in this field. He is also a member of the American Federation of Information and Technologies and has an ample background representing clients in this innovative area of law. He is also a recognized lecturer in national and international conferences and serves as professor at principal private universities in Costa Rica (2007- ), where he teaches law courses of Information and Technologies Law and E-Commerce.
