A former Superior Court Judge, Mr. Cappella joined Pacheco Coto's Litigation and Arbitration Team in 1998. His experience behind and in front of the bench have given him wide recognition as a litigator, whilst his work as an arbitrator and counsel to parties participating in arbitration have given him the ability to resolve complicated issues through this innovative and effective avenue.

Mr. Cappella is the author of multiple publications and articles, is frequently invited as a lecturer at many distinguished conferences and has taught law in several Universities within Costa Rica.
