Freddy Fachler has been a member of Pacheco Coto since 1989. He currently heads the Firm's Banking and Finance and Real Estate Divisions.

Mr. Fachler's international education and experience allow him to advise clients on all aspects of banking and financial activities, including local and international banking contracts and complex structures, private equity funds and investment vehicles, regulatory framework, commercial lending, project and equipment finance, mortgage banking and securization in local and international markets.

As head of the Firm's Real Estate Division, Mr. Fachler has counseled clients on several of the most complex and significant real estate projects in Costa Rica. His understanding of the local market and of international real-estate trends and legislation has allowed him to provide creative advice for all kinds of real estate development ventures.
