Head of the Banking and Finance Division

As partner of PACHECO COTO, Mr. Fachler heads the firm's Banking & Finance division.  His international education and expertise enable him to advise clients on all aspects of banking and financial activities, including local and international banking contracts and complex structures, private equity funds and investment vehicles, regulatory framework, commercial lending, project and equipment finance, mortgage banking and securization in local and international markets.

Mr. Fachler's proficiency in the area of banking and finance also constitutes an asset to the Real Estate and Hospitality division, where he has counseled clients on several of the most complex and important real estate projects in Costa Rica. His understanding of the local market and of international real-estate trends and legislation has  provided creative and comprehensive advice for a wide range of real estate development ventures.
