HEAD OF Telecommunications
Mr. Vargas, a Partner of PACHECO COTO, is a dynamic member of the Business and Corporate Law Division, where he is Director of Telecommunications and has participated as counsel of transnational and local companies in important and complex business transactions concerning mergers and acquisitions, contracts, international investment including free zones, telecommunications and infrastructure development.
Mr. Vargas is also a member of our Real Estate Division, where he has handled the acquisition and financing of numerous large properties throughout Costa Rica, and the subsequent development process of diverse projects.
