Fernando Vargas has been a member of the Firm since 1996. Mr. Vargas is a member of our Business and Corporate Law Dicvision where he has participated as counsel of transnational and local companies in important mergers and acquisitions, as well as other complex business transactions. He also provides regular counsel on the day-to-day operations of our corporate clients.

Mr. Vargas is also a member of our Real Estate Division. He has counseled on the acquisition and financing of several large properties throughout Costa Rica, and has advised on the subsequent developement plans for said properties.
