Mr. Vargas, a Partner of PACHECO COTO, is a dynamic member of the Business and Corporate Law Division, where he is Director of Telecommunications and has participated as counsel of transnational and local companies in important and complex business transactions concerning mergers and acquisitions, contracts, international investment including free trade zone operations, telecommunications and infrastructure development.
Mr. Vargas has also participated and directed the acquisition and financing of numerous large properties throughout Costa Rica.
