Business and Corporate Law; Real Estate Law- Development and Update of legal  framework concerning touristic Real Estate in Costa Rica

 

Alvaro Leiva joined the firm recently after 15 year as the Head of the Legal Department of Costa Rica's Tourism Bureau. In that capacity, Mr. Leiva has participated in the development and update of the legal framework concerning touristic real estate and hospitality law in Costa Rica in the aeras of, amongst other, touristic incentives, concessions,condo-hotels,timeshare,marinas.

Additionally, Mr. Leiva had a predominant role in the creation and implementation of all the Papagayo Gulf iniciative. His experience and knowledge in these areas are now at the service of our distinguished clients.
