Mr. Hernández contributes to PACHECO COTO’s Litigation and Arbitration a 10 year experience in successfully handling complex civil and commercial litigation, mainly involving transnational corporations and distribution and agency disputes.

In the Corporate Division, he excells in legal aspects of commercial cross-border transactions.
