Pacheco Coto's Project Finance & Infrastructure Development team is comprised of specialists with solid experience in the negotiation, financing and structuring of large-scale infrastructure, energy and oil & gas projects, complex corporate legal issues, as well as public, private and administrative law.
Members of this team have advised international oil & gas companies on the structuring of their strategic projects, including exploration, production, processing (upgrading and refining) and exporting of crude oil. Members have also been involved in the structuring of renewable energy projects, such as wind farms and hydroelectric generation plants, and in major telecommunications infrastructure works.
